This community is one of the more established neighborhoods in Temescal Valley with homes being built by KB homes in the late 1980’s.  The homes are easy to recognize by the distinctive red tile roofs.

California Meadows features several community parks.  The nearby Cleveland National Forest provides beautiful views of nature for many of the homes.  While there aren’t many streetlights, the homes generally have their own decorative light in the front yard and each home has their own mailbox located conveniently at the curb.

This neighborhood is located close to Tom’s Farms, Glen Ivy Spa and nearby shopping as well as being within walking distance of Temescal Valley Elementary School.
