It has been an unprecedented past few weeks as our world faces historic challenges with the growing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.  First and foremost, we send to you our love and support.

To our clients, please know that we will continue to serve your every real estate need, according to all social distancing best practices laid out by the CDC and will do everything we can to offer our knowledge and support.  With that in mind, on March 27, 2020, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued a memorandum stating real estate professionals  as essential services during this current hardship.  We  recognize the seriousness of this announcement and will conduct ourselves accordingly.

Over the past week, we’ve received a number of calls and emails inquiring about how we are conducting business during this time.

For buyers:

  1. We offer Zoom meetings to strategize and help them prepare for buying.
  2. We conduct Facetime or Zoom walk throughs on properties they are interested in.

For sellers:

  1. We conduct Facebook Live virtual open houses
  2. Our Interactive 3D tours make a home completely accessible to the buyer and their agent.
  3. We conduct virtual showings narrated by us with the buyer and buyer’s agent on their mobile phones.
